Terms and Conditions for Accessing Online Pre-Recorded Courses

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the access and use of pre-recorded courses (“Courses”) provided by Snapper Future Tech Private Limited, a company incorporated under Companies Act 2013 and having its registered office at 901, Tower II, Montreal Business Cnetre, Pallod Farms, Baner Road, Pune 411 045 (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) to the students (“Student,” “you,” or “your”). By purchasing and accessing the Courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and accessing any Course from the Company, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or access the Courses.
2. Course Access
– Upon successful purchase of a Course, you will be granted access to the Course materials, which may include video content, audio files, text, quizzes, and other resources (collectively, “Content”).
– The Courses are for your personal use only. You may not share your login credentials or grant access to any third party.
– Course access is typically provided for a limited duration as specified at the time of purchase. After the expiry of this period, access to the Course may no longer be available unless otherwise stated.
3. Intellectual Property
– All Content provided in the Courses, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, and other instructional materials, are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.
– You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
– You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Content without prior written permission from the Company.
4. Payment and Refunds
– Payment for the Courses must be made in full at the time of purchase. The Company may use third-party payment processors to handle payments.
– The Company reserves the right to change the pricing of Courses at any time without notice. However, any changes will not affect your purchase after it has been completed.
– Refunds, if applicable, will be provided as per the refund policy outlined on our website. Please review the policy before purchasing.
5. User Responsibilities
– You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for the Courses.
– You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to access the Courses.
– You agree not to use the Courses for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to violating the rights of others, transmitting malware, or engaging in fraudulent behavior.
6. Termination of Access
The Company reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Courses at its sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these terms or for any other reason. No refund will be provided in cases of termination due to violation of this Agreement.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
– The Company makes no guarantees or representations regarding the outcomes or results that you may achieve through the Courses.
– The Courses are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
– To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Courses.
– The Company’s total liability for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Courses shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Course in question.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way related to:
– Your use or misuse of the Courses or Content;
– Your violation of these Terms and Conditions;
– Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or other proprietary rights;
– Any content or data you submit or upload in connection with the Courses.
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement and your use of the Courses.

– By purchasing and accessing the Courses, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued access to the Courses following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
